I am looking for someone in the Montreal,Quebec area to re-program a Norstar system.
The relocated system is already physically installed and working but needs to be reprogrammed.

Is there remote access availabe, I noticed that nobody has responded to this post and just thought that this may be an option. If so let me know, cause we can defintely help you out in that way.

I did not know you we could remotely access the system! How can that be done? Maybe I could set that up instead and then have you or some one access it.

Install a RAD unit, we have done this with many remote sites, call us we can you set that up.
