I have recently inherited the administration of an Executone IDS (not sure which model number) with Eclipse 2.5.1 Please forgive my ignorance, as I know next to nothing about phone systems. I have been able to noodle around and figure out some things and have been shown how to move extensions and a few other basic admin tasks. My current question is this: how do I look at and program system speed dial numbers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe you can "look" at the system speed dials.Programming them is done from the operators extension.
Press Program * 000-999 dial number
Press Program when done.
000-999 are the system speed dial bins.
