I need this program ASAP an be able to do the maitance work contract.

Upstairs (accounting) office – 5: Exts 225, 222, 224, 234, 223
Warehouse – 1: Ext 242
Dispatch office – 5: Exts 221, 226, 227, 238, 236
Currently set up so all incoming calls are answered by live dispatcher. We need to change this so all incoming calls are answered by the auto attendant (recorded message, “Thank you for calling Marine Express. For dispatch, press 1…â€Â). If caller chooses dispatch, the caller needs to be connected to a live person no matter what (no voicemail).
· Auto Attendant answering all incoming calls, caller chooses extension
· Remove voicemail from 227
· Daytime calls connected to dispatch = rings on 226, then 227, then cycle around indefinitely until call is answered
· Nighttime calls connected to dispatch get forwarded to on-call cell, either on a timer or manually switched.
· Sign up for Busy Signal forwarding through AT&T
other company with sharing the system
Phones: 4 inside store
Currently, all calls coming in are sent to any random VM after 4 rings. · Daytime - 8 rings before connecting to VM on 231.
· Nighttime calls answered by auto attendant, which picks up at first ring. Caller has option to leave VM on 231, or choose to connect call to on-call cell for emergencies.
· Only ext 231 used for ANY VM messages – disable VM on all other phones. Make sure any calls not answered during the day get routed to 231 VM.
· Possible password removal?
