Hey all ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) My business just upgraded to an IVX-E system after having used an older ESI system for the past 5 years and am hoping some can help me with a problem. I can't seem to figure out how to change what the music-on-hold is. My understanding is that there's at least three pre-recorded songs to choose from... but how do you actually cycle through and select one? Is it done from the PBX? From a phone set? I can't seem to find any instructions online and it's driving me nuts. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/wink.gif) Thanks, m19 [This message has been edited by Morgan19 (edited May 26, 2005).]

On the E Class you can do it from any phone.
Press Program, hold, XXXX (admin default pass)
press 6, 3, 1. Your source codes are as fallows... 590(external source), 591(canned pre recorded),592(canned pre recorded, 593 (canned pre recorded). The rest 594 thru 599 are custom recorded via the MOH port and onto the HDD or Flash card.
Hope this helps

Perfect! Thank you, I'd run through the menus and for the life of me couldn't find that option. But wow... Talk about some "interesting" canned music choices. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/wink.gif) m19 [This message has been edited by Morgan19 (edited May 26, 2005).]

Welcome to the board Sydeshow! Glad to see you are able to help where needed. That's what this board is all about. Please look over the terms of service and announcements. Please also remember not to post technician and admin passwords on the open forum (I edited a recent post from you). Feel free to help as you see fit, but please use email or other means if you feel it is necessary to share a password. Thanks, and enjoy!!
