Is there a way to make an analog port dial an outside number when is goes off hook on the IVX C-Class system. I know the Partner calles the feature External/Emergency Hotline.

Thanks,

If the c-class has VM it can be done. I've done it on an s-class.

Program the analog port as a "door", set the ringdown extension as a dept.

Program the dept. to call forward to a branch ID. Do not put extensions in the dept.

Program the branch ID as an out-dial with the target phone number.

It's that easy.

Good luck.
