I am the administrator for an IVX E-Class system and am educating myself of the features and functions. Some of the admin. functions are not listed in the User's guide. For example, what is Auto Attendant Block (AA Block). I see that I can set it to Yes or No on each extension, but have no idea what it does. Where can I get more info?

An AA block, blocks callers from dialing to an extension through the AA. This may be used for a school. A class room may have a phone. You would want to deny callers calling directly to class rooms. Use this link for more information: https://www.esiusers.com/
