Let me begin by saying I am NOT a end user.I am a tech with 15+ years.
I have a new customer who has a Norvergence Matrix.I attempted to walk away but he HATES the local ESI dealer.He has asked me to work on his system.I am in need of the tech manual.I called ESI but they want me to become a dealer.Can someone tell me where to buy a manual ?

The S-Class certification is done online and with your experience you should have no problem. With any luck you can pass the certification cost onto your customer since he can't find anyone else with interest in serving them.

It is the C-class that can be certified on-line. Having said that, the C ans S are close enough that you can fill in the dots...................

When I became a reseller for ESI C-Class was free. S-Class was a few bucks. Things must have changed.

I know this post is old, if not dead but let me suggest one thing... HELP key. If you can get that far into it, you will unlock the answer to this clue and find what your looking for.
