When I try to use this feature it tells me it is not allowed from this line. I have the feature allowed via ESI access and also from the intaller menu on the phone. I have also checked the admin menu on the phone. Anyone know what this might be?

Check feature authorization per specific extension.
(F-32)
Also if the speed dial number you are trying to call is long distance that may not be possible if Toll calling is unauthorized.
I can use my ESI-access software as well as many others to help. Let us know!
