I have a very handy and printable cheat sheet for accessing the main greeting. I give it to all my ESI customers. It keeps them out of the manual. They seem to get in trouble in there. I can email it or fax it if you ask. Now as far as Installer level programming. I would love to say "do x, then x, then x and so on but I can't. If I did that everyone reading these posts would be able to sabotage systems anywhere. That doesn't mean it can't be done but it requires a bit more communication. First question is...Who Installed the System, Where are they in the service loop. I want to help, give us a bit more to work with.

Grinder, I'd be interested in seeing that cheat sheet on recording the main greeting. If you care to share, please email it to me.
Thanks Jim

Grider, Thanks for getting back to me. My customer inherited the system when they moved into the building. They had paper work on the system when they call the original installer the number was disconnected and found out the company was no longer in business. Since we do there systems in there two locations they called us. (we do Nortel and Panasonic telephone system) So any info you can supply me with is greatly appreciated. I have to say playing around with this system it is very end user friendly and has interested me. I’ll do some more research on the system and may add it to our list of systems we work with. But for now I need to help out my customer. Thanks for any info.

PhoneSol, Send me an email address and it'll be on its way as an excel attachement.
csk1, I need to know what system. C-Class, S-Class or other. Any info will help. I'll send you the proper manual in pdf.
Thanks for the chance

I have Nortel programming codes & Avaya codes. In about a year or so I'll have NORAD launch codes. We'll be doing that with cell phones soon.
