Hi - At one point my caller ID was working fine and displayed name on line 1 and number on line 2 of the display. However, now it always displays UNAVAILABLE on line 1. There have been some recent changes to both my ESI system and to my provider/carrier account.
With my IVX 72e system and my 48key sets is there a setting that would cause all incoming calls to list the telephone number but display UNAVAILABLE as the name - or is this more likely with my carrier?
Thanks for any help.

It sounds to me like an issue with CID on that specific line, more so than a problem with the system. If the system were having a problem, I would think you'd see the problem on all of the lines.

I have had this problem with PRI trunks only. I re-name all the trunks in esi-access. Then go into installer programming via the set and individually delete the names.
Try that and see if it worked.

Since there was changes in the Telco I would automaticaly assume they did something. They do wierd things sometimes... Give them a call they can tell you if they changed something.
