Does anyone know of a software that is capable of allowing the Operator screen to appear on a PC using windows. I have color operator software already but I need something that runs on the same pC that the operator would use for word processing.

You can use any PC. You just need the color operator CRT software, Dongle, and seriel port.
It is recommended to run as a stand alone unit, but I did load and setup one as you are wanting to do as a test once.
