I have been installing phone systems for over 17 years and I have not found a better product than the esi product line. The tech support staff is second to none and the sales staff is one of the best. I feel that esi staff looks out for there resellers and dealers. I give esi products the best complement I can think of. I would not sell anything else. Thanks guys :dance:

i agree, installers love it, salesmen love it and user do too... the only issue we are having is a lot of power-cycling on the newer versions... but besides that it's great!!

I had a problem that took for ever it felt like to solve. It was to do with the ring loop timing. We finally got it down to the local carrier.
