I have installed an IP200 at a facility in Northern Michigan. The phone system was there when we moved in. I located the admin guide and have the system up and running now for 2 years. Over the last several months several if not all users are reporting their voice mail indicates a quantity of old messages yet they can't get to them. Is there a way to reset the VM capability without completely resetting the entire unit? You can send a private message to me, or contact me at [email protected]. Your help is appreciated. Don

You are most likely dealing with an "invalid message count" error and will need ESI tech support to fix it. Do you have a vendor? If not let us know and we can find someone in your area.

Your fix will be to re-initialize as per ESI. Im sure thats not news to most. I just had to do that on an IP200e. Re-loaded w/ prompts and it was all good. Back up was a PIA though!
