I like to program ID 1 No-Response to ID 9999 (hang up). The problem with doing this is you might have callers who don't catch the options the first time around. To remedy this you could either give a repeat option to press, and give them a long pause at the end of the greeting (but what if they didn't hear that option), or read thru the greeting twice when doing the recording (I usually do the latter). I suppose another option would be to link ID branches, but then you're still recording the same thing more than once, AND you're burning ID branches.
I would like to see an option to Play Greeting X times, with the default being 1, but having an option to play multiple times. I think this could actually work for any ID branch, not just menu branches, or could be specific only to menu branches.
