I'm going up against an ESI on a bid and the bid specifies 48-button sets (it was written unprofessionally for an ES-100). I can probably beat it with a Vodavi STSe, but they only have 24-button sets. Trying to find the 48th button on the ESI 48-button phone.....

Actually, ESI doesn't count the button below the display that is not labeled. So there are 48!

MUTE/DND is two buttons and if that's not good enough for you then you can count the hook switch.
