If an individual has a password set on there voice mail, and they leave (like a teacher) can I re set the password without resetting the phone features?

yes you can it is easier to get a certified reseller in your area or you can normally use the admin password to get in it and reset it. There are plenty of resellers here that would be most likely more than will to help you do that.

Yes, it can be done. You will need the admin password or the installer password. I'm assuming that person left on negative terms otherwise you would call them and ask.
If all else fails give me a call or drop me an email and I can probably get in.
