i need to know how to get into the system administrator to set up the voice mail system. I really need to know how to program the day and night menus

This, I think, is an ESI phone system. You would get a quicker response if you asked in that forum.
Where are you located??
There might be some ESI techs near your location that might be able to help you out.

Denise call and asked about a 'Nor Virgin' which I have never heard of so I sent her here. Denise you never said matrix ccs which wouldn't make a difference..cause I've never heard of that either.  But What kind of phones do you have? part number and make would help..I'd still like to know what system you have.

Does anyone know the default password for the system administrator- to change greetings (automatted attendant greeting & to add and delete mailboxes etc...
