Hi guys, We have an ESI IVX E GenII as our internal system, our services come in via PRI.
In the last few weeks, we've experienced random DTMF tones on outbound calls (starting at channel 23 and moving up). Sometimes we'll hear a single tone once during the call, sometimes several times during the call.
I'm not sure how to start troubleshooting this (all users are experiencing this). The carrier says their equipment wouldn't generate random DTMF... that it must be our phone system.
Has anyone else experienced this and can say "Oh, check this!?"
Thanks, Tom

Thanks guys.
There are no errors recorded in the error mailbox (I have a phone in our phone room programmed with this mailbox on it).
We'll keep you informed here if we find anything.
thanks again, Tom
