I believe this is achieved by connecting an analog port (132 or 133) to the paging system, then adding the analog extension into the incoming ring mix.
It has to be possible because when a buttset it connected to ext 132 and ext 132 is part of the ring group it rings. The buttset has no ringer, it is just a ring generated sound sent to the buttset speaker. I think that ring generated sound would be broadcast of the paging system as well.
Be patient, there might be something I have forgot.

They are using 24volt self amplified paging , so that idea won't work, I may have to hook a loud ringer to a analog ext.

Wiring up a horn to the speaker leads of a phone to a horn will likely cost the price of a new phone plus a sevice call and in the end he will still want either the page controller or a loud analog bell.
Even if it actually works won't the horn activate when that phone is called via intercom.
Good luck with that customer!

Valcom CO Audible Ringer V-9924B. We have used this many times when we needed to have an external ringer tied to a paging system. I think Bogen makes on as well.
