Does anyone know if VIP will work with Goldmine? I know it worked with the TAPI phones.

I looked into it extensively a few years ago for a prospective customer. He ended up going with us but was waiting for a revision to goldmine an d ended up never doing anything.
At the time it took a piece of middleware from a company called us infotel (i believe) to make it work. Your ESI rep should definitely have a little info for you as well.

Thanks for the reply. In my haste, I didn't do a search before I posted. I searched afterward and found this has been up for discussion before.
Thanks

I've used Act with VIP, and it works. Basically VIP takes the place of the old TAPI phone and works with the standard Microsoft Windows TAPI interface. So, if the application you're using (Goldmine) works with the Win TAPI application, VIP should work too.
