Hello all,
The company I work for ended up with a set of some "48 Key RMT IPFP" phones. We use an ESI-100 server and was wondering if it is possible to use these phones on it. The reason I ask is that the phones we currently have plugged in are labeled "48 Key IPFP2".
I just want to verify the compatibility of these phones with our server. Also if it is a way to update them to "48 Key IPFP2".
Thanks in advance!

The "IPFP" phones are Generation 1 IP phones, and will not work with the Communications Server line, including the CS-100. The phones you currently have plugged in are "IP Feature Phone 2" models.
They also can not be upgraded.

You can get a few bucks for them....list them in the buy / sell category or try EBay.

I am running an E-class and could use a few of these phones if you have them available still!
