We have an ESI-600, and just upgraded to 16.3 last night. Today, it seems that the voice mail prompts at the end of each message (press 9 to save, press 7 to delete, etc) are no longer playing. If you wait after listening to a VM, the system will say 'Goodbye' and disconnect you. I have crawled through the System Programmer looking for a setting that might have been changed with the upgrade, but can't find anything. Thanks!

Easy fix... Call ESI Tech Support and describe the location of the missing prompts just like you have done here. They will then email you an attachement containing the proper prompt. Use System Programmer to install the prompt and boom it's done.
I know your probably wondering why this didn't happen during the upgrade. I'm sure even though you adhered to the "idle system warning" prior to the upgrade but sometimes things happen even after hours such as an incoming call and such.
