I either fell asleep in my X-Class certification or not having been trained in the CS systems by ESI, but I cannot upload new system software to my office's CS-100.
I downloaded it and unzipped it and it shows in the System Programmer under the software tab with the correct version number. I click on import software and it goes asks for verification, but in the box there is my old version.
So I manualy type in the new version and hit okay. The upload bar starts and then completes and we power cycle the switch and it still shows under properties that the old software is loaded.
Any help?

Right click on software box in system programmer, Import software,
Drop down to software, right click again, select send software.
it will give you the popup box of who, what and when. fill it out.
Note: after you send the software WAIT about 10 minutes for it to drop into place, then reset.
NOTE: IF you are loading the New 12.3.3 You must also send the 10Meg Prompt file as well.(this will take about 1.5 hours to load)
