Hey guys- we have a 600 - and if one digital phone(1) is talking with an outside party via a PRI line- and then we conference in another digital extension(2) Number two can barely hear the outside party until number (1) hangs up. Then they can hear them just fine- any thoughts?

Have ESI turn up the conference bridge
ESI calls it 'summing'
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

You can actually try getting into programing via a phone and enter 9821(conf mode) by default it is set for summing, you can change it to loudest and sometimes that helps , if not like nonameyet said call ESI

Just a shot but I would make sure latest SW is installed as I had same problem once on a 600 and it cleared it up.

we are upgrading the sw version soon- so hope that takes care of it- if not- will try the summing.

we upgraded and it is working a little better- I think there are some issues with the Soundstation
