I need to change the AA block assignments on a Voice Works 16. I have the Admin password but the installer password has been changed from default. Does anyone know how to reset the installer password to default? Thanks, Bob at Pilgrim Telecom

The reset of VW16 is tricky. You must contact ESI Tech Support the they will have you power cycle the VW16. When it powers back up they have a very short time frame to get into the VW16 and reset it.
It is almost a choreographed dance. If you don't have an ESI certified reseller to work with you might get some resistance from ESI.
