Hi Winetech,

Tapit www.trisys.com/tapit.htm has a good call accounting software. I have installed two of these, both for ESI-100's with the smdr set to IP. It's a simple program, perfect for customers who don't need any integration for Outlook or any screen pops and the like.

I did have a few time consuming problems though, although probably more of a brain lock than anything else. I had a big problem trying to configure Tapit to receive the smdr from IP, it took about an hour to realize that they use an external program to collect IP packets not Tapit itself. Their program is named Trisys IP Collector and it works together with Tapit. Set your system to IP out, set the collector to your NSP's IP address and point the collector to port 59003 on your system and it should be ready to go. Also, I noticed ESI wont spit out smdr data for outbound calls under 10 seconds or until the timer on the phones LCD starts ticking. Just a little FYI when you start logging calls.

Whats also great about Tapit is their tech support, they are really great and knowledgeable guys to talk to (like ESI's team) and they offer free support for a year!

If you'd like I can give you our reps number.
