Is it possible to complete a voice call on an IVX C-Class. In other words, when a user calls an extension, the call is answered automatically and placed on speakerphone?

You should be able to change the Handsfree option on each phone. Changing the option to Yes will allow intercom calls to that phone to rapidly beep twice ("connect tone") then go to handsfree speakerphone. At that point the phone user can respond, handsfree. This should be the case on all ESI systems.
