Need advice on how to overide an laid off employee's voice mail, or how to delete it so the extension can be used by new employee.

User mailboxes on the Medley cannot be deleted or created. They just are there. If you need to change the password on a user mailbox, you need to log into that mailbox using the Installer Password instead of the mailbox Users Password. Then from there you can change the User's Password and delete any old messages in the mailbox. Then the new user can log into the mailbox using the new user Password and record thier own name and mailbox greeting. ------------------ www.mainresource.com
