No. They are strictly 10/100. If you want gigabit speed you'll need a separate cable run or a small gigabit switch to go under the desk.
That said, does anyone know of *any* IP phones with a Gigabit switch built in?

Toshiba's IP Phone are gigibit.

thanks, I was hoping I was wrong and the new phones passed Gig. I guess it's time for an upgrade request to esi. More and more offices are using gig cards and switchs

The new Polycom Soundpoint IP 670 is Gigabit Ethernet also.
