For the Door Strikes we are using the HES 5000 12/24. That is what we have at several Police Departments and our office. Were using ESI time line and that is working great too. The reports are OK for getting the info on who comes and goes.

I've got ESI-Access 2.14.7 and an X-256 with the latest release (as of last january) and I don't see F-72 as a report option.

I think that report is only in the Communication Servers version...
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Hi everyone, I have recently, due to an install, became rather versed with door control. (one school with 12 doors) Yes, you have to match the door strike with the PS voltage, but I have been made aware that if you have a 24vdc supply, and the voltage is higher than 24vdc (27vdc) it can cause problems. Bogen makes a power supply that works pretty well. Also, I was first shipped the door boxes that had the diact soldered directly on pins 5 and 6. I have since replaced all of them with the latest model because the door box would lock up. If all is correct and the moon is in the right phase it seems to work very well, but beware of the pitfalls first.
