I am going to install a 50L at a 911 call center. Only 4 phones and 2 trunks. Right now they have an old Comdial 4 wire system and it integrates with there voice recorder. They are upgrading there voice recorder to digital. Just wondering if anyone has used any ESI at a 911 call center? Thanks.

If you add ESI's VIP software for Outlook integration, you can buy "Auto Record" licenses that will automatically record every call to the voicemail system.

actually, that isn't an option because the # of auto-record licenses is limited on all ESI systems based on the voicemail size. You can only have 2 or 4? Auto-Record licenses on a 50 series Comm Server.
