I have an old Medley Metal Cab that works fine until put the cover on, then it goes dead after 15 seconds, Anyone heard of this?

Never herd of this one. The fan goes out on them and they overheat easy. There was a kit to add fns to the metal cabinets. If environment alows just leave the cover off.

If all else fails, use a BFH.

Thanks guys. I covered all potential contact points: HD, ribbon, power, and around the cab edges with black tape, works good now.
