Our customer has a 128EII ver. 2.6.0 w/ a full PRI from LOGIX. Sometimes ext. 131 will get a call on the main pilot DID & the CID will be from a previous call. I duplicated this once a couple of monthes ago. When the main DID hit PRI channel 4, it rang her phone with old CID data. I simply power-cycled the 128EII & the trouble was cleared up until a couple of days ago. This time I could not duplicate the trouble. I loaded ver. 2.6.6 per ESI instructions.
Does anyone know if this will fix it?

I have never seen anything like this.....sounds like either telco or a software bug.......not the most helpful answer but if you can duplicate it while tech support monitors the system that will help narrow it down further.

if you duplicate it again, hit the record button for just a second or two to tag the call. ESI tech support will be able to find and look at the call in debug.

Thanx, a couple of bits of data I neglected to provide...when the call hit's ext. 131, the CID data is from a previous call to ext. 131. So she will she her husband's CID & answer with, "hey baby" or something. If it does continue to occur, she has been instucted to log it. I will call the customer & request that she press the record button to log the call in the system as SST recommended.
Also, when I power cycled the system the 1st time monthes ago when it 1st happened, I also had to reset the LOGIX Adtran CSU to get the PRI back up.
Once again, thanx for your responses. :thumb:

I would recycle both units and see if it is still happening. You might also check your software. I know that is a legacy product but you may not be running the latest version. As SST said see if you can record it and send it to ESI for debug. They might find something.
Good Luck
