i have an operator...the customer has a pri...they have a main #....when a call comes in on the main #...she wants to be able able to answer a second call if someone else calls in....i know on a nortel you can have multiple line appearences for one did # on a set...can the same be done to an esi system...i hope i explained it a little better...thanks

Are you working with the CS100 mentioned in previous posts?
If yes, are we working with a PRI?

You would have to put a button on for each individual channel of the PRI......then when she put that channel on hold it would blink......
It would be kind of clunky....better to train her properly...she hits hold and puts the call on hold then asnwers the next call.
