Hey guys, I'm relatively new to this stuff, so excuse my...newness (haha). I recently installed an IVX-128 E Class, and quite simply am not getting a dial tone on the phones. I've wired the CO lines starting with the yellow/slate pair, and I've confirmed all the jacks/extensions are fine. There's probably the simplest answer sitting in front of me, but who knows? Any thoughts?

Did you go into line programming and put the lines into a line group such as "9"? If not they are factory set as "incoming only" which would cause the described scenario.

Actually, it ended up being something I did; it's the suite next door to mine, so I'd ran a line from my block to theirs; however I didn't disconnect the line from mine, so it seemed the phone systems were 'fighting' for the dial tone. Like I said, I'm new at this. Anyway, I've gotten dial tone and now just need to familiarize myself with the phones. I'll probably post a new topic soon...
