real easy one use an IP48 button and a konftel 50 that plugs into the headset jack.. that way you use the phone to make the call or conference call but you use the knoftel as the speaker phone. or try the blue tooth adapter and the wireless version. i wanted to try that but never got to before switching jobs...man i miss ESI
