Hello,
I'm setting up a new queue (department) on our ESI 600 and I noticed that I'm apparently out of 'message on hold' greetings...I can choose from 538, 548, etc..through 588 for a total of six. I have used up all of those and need another unique greeting to play on the new queue. Is there any way to add another one or can you only have six unique greeting messages?

There is only six ACD announcements. There are 9 customer recorded messages on hold recordings.
Maybe you need to go with a more generic greeting to accommodate 2 tasks.

You can still maintain some uniqueness for the new (and future) department(s) by having calls go to an information mailbox first before entering the department queue. You have at least 190 of those!

Thanks for the info guys. I can't believe they only allow for six MOH greetings. The info mailbox is a great idea but we need people to be able to opt out of the queue to a mailbox after they have already entered the queue and are holding. May have to generalize one of our current greetings to apply to more than one queue...thanks again.

You could always tenant the department groups and record different MOH recordings for each one.
