customer has a 128 system and wants to add a conference phone, was thinking of polycom. does anyone recommend anything else or does polycom work well with the 128

The Polycom works well but beware that the features on the actual Polycom unit (hold, transfer, time. etc.) do NOT work "behind" the ESU features and really only provides you with a speaker phone.
For example--customer wants to call someone on the Plycom and deos so then wants to put that person on hold, they are only on hold at the Polycom unit not parked in the system, this also presents issues when trying to do conference calls.
Just some of my experiences.

Don't forget you need an analog port...not all of the 128's have one.
