All,
I recenetly had to upgrade an ESI-50 from Software release 11.4.22 to 11.05.00 due to some voice mail bugs.
I now am in need of the System Prompts to load for the ESI. Does anyone have the needed System Prompts for the ESI-50 Rls 11.05.00 or can anyone assist me in obtaining these. Unfortunately, we are not an ESI Dealer and do not have access to the ESI website.

ESI. I have since been provided the necessary prompts which were loaded and working. Thanks for the response.

I did not known ESI performed upgrades for end users?
How does that work?
