I have a user who's missed calls button is not working.
The button on the phone illuminates properly, it just doesn't display any information when it gets pressed.
I've tried replacing the phone, removing the button from the phone's button mapping and re-adding it. I've moved the button location. I'm not sure what to try next.

Call tech support....sounds like the mapping is mixed up and they will have to address it.

Nothing an monthly ESI software update wont fix LOL... thats probably what they will have you do if its not curent.
