Onsite at an inherited customer whom has an S Class.
Problem is when Voicemail answers you hear the Greeting and then the Instructional message to leave a message, you hear the beep, start speaking to leave a message, and are interrupted by voicemail to "Continue this recording press 1" etc...Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll bet the system is a 2 hour VM and it is full. Can you get into installer programming? If yes press 9813, and read the percentage available.

The cure is to either get each user to empty their junk or go mailbox by mailbox and do it for them. This can be done remotely if necessary.

Ed,
Thank you so very much. The customer has 3 wireless handsets that I was unaware of, all of them have messages in the mailboxes. I deleted a few of the messages and tested, It works again.
Again, thank you for the response! smile

Have the user's also check their recycling bin( it holds up to 10 messages by default)

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

And make sure they don't have too many recordings! That can eat up 2 hours a lot faster than the messages. You may want to consider dis-allowing recroding on some extensions.

If this is a 2-hour unit, I would also suggest clearing out Recycle Bins for ALL mailboxes and then reducing the maximum number of per-mailbox Recycle Bin messages to something like 3. That will help to make sure you're not constantly losing space to messages sitting in the Recycle Bin.

What Brian suggested is also a great idea to help save space.
