I found the instructions in the manual to set 'ringing volume control'. But we can not get any unit to ring. The operator console was stolen and the other users are trying to watch their sets, but it would be nice if they could 'hear' the call ring in.
Do they 'press and hold' the arrow button or ' press press press' until they hear the level they want.
Say Bye.

If the aren't set to ring on incoming calls in programing turning the volume up isn't going to help.

You'll need to change CO line programming or order a new phone.

Move one of your existing sets to the operator location until you get a replacement or you need a programmer to change your ringing assignment.

the other sets are the 12 key/dkp or singleline display. Will that work at the operator set.

yes, the button mapping will be wrong but it will work. to reprogram the buttons hold one down for 2 seconds then dial the ext number or line number that you want it to be then press the button again.
