On CS once a Guest Mailbox is set up with a greeting recorded, How do I delete that mailbox so if someone rings it, it just says "mailbox or extension now valid " or what ever it says and returns the caller ti the AA ?????

Just delet the recording. (all if more than one greeting was made).
