Did a CS 50 system yesterday, I put Polycom SE-225 phones in the 3 meeting rooms on analog ports
Can make & recieve a call on them fine, can also 3 digit intercom fine.
If you pick a call up on a polycom & then wish to transfere call to an ESI phone in the office, Tech support said hit flash then dial the 3 digit s then hang up.
I tested from my blackberry, when i press flash on the polycom i hear the MOH then when i dial the 3 digits and hangup the polycom it cuts my call off?

There is a flash setting on the Polycom unit that needs changed I cannot remember what it is, I believe it is under the ADMIN menu and phone system and I think its call FLASH TIMING.
