Hello! I'm working with an ESI IVX C-Class Gen II phone system and my program prompts don't match the manual I have. It will give me the options and go from "Press 1, 2, 4" and will skip over some of the options listed in the manual. Do we not have full admin rights using the default pw we have? Any ideas? I'm trying to turn MOH from the default to the live ext. source.

Thanks in advance!

Ok, so I think I may have a clue...We're in user programming and need the system programming prompts. Any clue on how to get there? PMs welcome!

No one here will give you passwords. There are three levels of programming in the ESI systems. User which is basic, Administrator which allows you to do more advanced programming and the highest, Installer.

Either contact ESI or seek out an ESI dealer to provide programming.

Thanks Rcaman! I'm not looking for a password as I know that is not discussion for the forum, but more less just wanted to check in on the different programming levels, such as system and user programming. Thank you for giving me the 3 levels!

your dealer should have given you the admin password, from there you can change the moh source
