Hence all this reply back and forth, i have the almost the same situation, i called ESI for the customer, even though they own the ESI system they will not give out the password.
MY QUESTION IS CAN I FLASH THE SYSTEM WITH OUT THE PASSWORD.HAS ANY ONE TRIED THIS?? I DON'T CARE IF I LOOSE ALL PROGRAMING. I NEED TO NOW IF IT CAN BE DONE..

Sam, I responded to your PM. I like Steve's idea. Nothing wrong with brokering the work to a registered ESI dealer. It seems like a win-win (definitely a win for the customer).
