Greeting to all, I am doing a little research for a friend who needs some advice on a phone system. I have heard about the ESI systems but my friend says that he needs more information. Could someone tell me what other systems are comparable to the ESI. I have done a little reasearch on their products and it seems really installer and user friendly. Any advice???? Thanks in advance!

I would say none. ESI is pretty unique from the standpoint of ease of use. Sure there are a ton of systems out there that can do all the basic call handling but how many have that help feature..to the extent ESI does?

Like most digital phone systems; esi is propitiatory. Only esi Digital phones are supported. All esi systems can accommodate any analog type phone. There is a few 3rd party SIP phones that can be supported.
