I just installed 25 seats of VIP outlook version on PC's using outlook 2010. It seems to be hanging outlook and slowing everything down with syncing of files and such. Anyone else having this issue or have any tips? They did mention today they run Cyber Guard but I have not ran across that software before, any known incompatibilities? ESI says no...

per ESI , VIP is Not compatible with outlook 2010, and Never will be ! They say to use the Stand Alone Version....That will work.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

login to the reseller site - there is a matrix there of the various installation incompatibilities and compatibilities
Ya never know, they may change their minds, but Brian's telling you straight - All 25 installed seats are incompatible at this time.
