Hello All,
We have an ESI IVX E-Class, currently with only 7 operative extensions. We returned from the Thanksgiving holiday with 2 extensions with no voice option (could hear conversation but could not be heard on the other end). I rebooted the system which resolved that issue. After reboot, the program and help functions are no longer available. When pressing either of these, you recieve a fast busy signal. I have tried to reboot again, this did not resolve the issue. We do not have a current contract for service on this system, nor have access to anyone froma tech support service. Thoughts? HELP!
Thanks, Matt

You could try reinitializing it ... that often clears glitches.
Otherwise you may find your hard drive is beginning to fail.

Let me know if you need a referral to a reseller ... it sounds like you will need one soon.

@ upstateny. Can you verify the correct steps to reinitialize the system? I appologize for my ignorance on the subject, we have had organizational changes and documentation was misplaced during the process....thanks!--Matt

It is under function 1 ..... remember that it deletes all of your programming, messages etc. so be prepared to reprogram from scratch and rerecord all greetings.
Also make sure all of the users get their voice mails, recordings etc off because they will be gone as well.
You may very well not have even had documentation on this procedure .... it is meant for the installer to do and not the end user.
