Yo dudes-
Is there a way to have the system call you back if the other user is on the phone? I worked on Siemens, and there was a feature called Camp On. If I called an ext and they were on the phone, I could camp on, then, when they hung up, the system would call me, then call them back.

esi does have call waiting with caller ID. They know when your'e calling.

yeah- caller id is enabled, but I have a lazy user that doesn't want to watch when the other person gets off the phone.  Happy holidays all-

ESI's idea about the competitors "Camp-On" feature was, Place a call to the busy extension, leave a message in their voice mailbox, when they listen to the message, they will not only hear the message, but they will see the caller id, date and time stamp of when the message was left and then they have the option to press the Redial button to reply/return the call.
Unfortunately, they do not offer any solution for the "Automatic Callback" feature as some systems do.
